Biography
Aikaterini was born in Athens and grew up on the island of Crete, which is one of the biggest islands of Greece, a country with a civilization that dates back to more than 3,000 years. In addition to working as a model, she is taking a degree to enable her to become a dietitian. She has travelled to Turkey and Ecuador. Aikaterini enjoys volleyball, exercising, tennis, dancing and listening to both Greek and pop music. Favourite food is Chinese Soups and Greek Souvlaki. Her favourite motto comes from Paulo Clelho “When you want something very much, the whole universe conspires so that you can achieve it.”

Aikaterini Evangelinou  is a beauty queen who represented Greece in Miss World 2007 in China. She works as a model, and is taking a degree to become a dietitian.
