Cabau was a recurring cast member of Dutch soap opera Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden. She had movie roles in Dutch productions such as Costa! and Snowfever. In 2006, one of her movies, Turkse Chick, was nominated for a Gouden Kalf award, the highest film award in the Netherlands. In 2006, 2007 and 2009, Cabau was voted the "sexiest babe of the year" by the Dutch FHM.
